MARYLEBONE FIT OUT

This project was a residential redesign and refurbishment of a high-end sixth-floor apartment, situated in a Portman estate apartment block. Our client required a luxury finish.

The project included major layout changes, full M, E & P design and installation. This included a complete renovation of two bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that could be separated by a moveable glass partition.

We created luxurious built-in wardrobes and a relaxing window seat. We fully finished and project managed this refurbishment.
